As Jesus moved on, two blind men followed Him, shouting, 'Have mercy on us, Son of David!'
These men couldn't see Jesus but they recognized who He was. Their spiritual sight was better than their physical sight.

Sometimes the people with the least advantages see the most clearly who Jesus really is.
Two blind men follow Jesus, crying 'Eleeson hemas, huios David' (Have mercy on us, Son of David), using the messianic title that indicates their theological recognition.
The title 'Son of David' is explicitly messianic; these blind men 'see' Jesus' identity more clearly than the sighted religious leaders.
