Paul is showing that his gospel isn't abandoning Scripture; it's honoring its deepest truths. God's oneness demands one way of access for all humanity.
Because there is one God with one character, He justifies both circumcised and uncircumcised people through the identical mechanism: faith.
Paul drives the logical point home with crystalline force. 'Circumcised' and 'uncircumcised' are code for Jewish insiders and Gentile outsiders. The Greek construction—'the one...the other...that same faith' (διὰ τῆς πίστεως)—emphasizes sameness, equality of access. There's no two-tier justification, no back door for Gentiles while Jews enter through the front. The monotheism confessed in verse 29 now generates a single soteriology: one God, one way of salvation.

The promise to the nations and the covenant with Israel converge in Christ. The one God of Abraham justifies all Abraham's seed—whether biological descendants or those who share his faith—on precisely the same terms.
28For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from works of the law.
29Is God the God of Jews only? Is He not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too,
30since there is only one God, who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through that same faith.
31Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Certainly not! Instead, we uphold the law.
