Your whole life becomes a living proclamation of God's uprightness—you become someone who shows others that God is solid, reliable, and completely just, like a rock you can build your life on.
This is the culmination. The psalmist's life—from his morning praise through his flourishing in old age—becomes a testimony to others about who God is. His existence itself declares truth about God.

This is what God has always wanted from His people—to be living witnesses to His character. From Abraham becoming the father of a nation that would reveal God to the world, to the church being called the body of Christ, believers are meant to show others what God is like through how they live.
The ultimate testimony of the aged righteous is that God's character is absolutely trustworthy and without any shadow of corruption or injustice.
The final verse returns to the psalm's opening theme of proclamation, now specified: the righteous declare God's uprightness (yashar) as the ultimate meaning of their long experience. 'Rock' (tsur) echoes Deuteronomy 32:4 and emphasizes stability and reliability. This summarizes the entire arc of the psalm.

This closes the psalm by collapsing the distance between personal testimony and cosmic truth—the righteous person's lived experience of God's faithfulness becomes their proclamation of His essential character, anticipating Hebrews 12:1-2 (a 'cloud of witnesses' whose lives testify to God's faithfulness) and the martyrological tradition of witness (martyria) in Christian theology.
