Faithfulness is actually growing from the ground up — it's becoming real and visible in the land — while righteousness is coming down from heaven to meet it.
You're watching two movements happen at once. From below, out of human response and commitment, faithfulness is growing. From above, from God's throne, righteousness is descending. It's not either-or; it's both at the same time. The broken relationship is being healed from both directions.
