God has intimate knowledge of how you live—the paths you walk, the places where you rest, the habits that make up your daily existence. He knows your patterns.

The pairing of 'path' (נְתִיבָה) and 'lying down' (שׁכְבָתִי) encompasses motion and rest, activity and passivity, the full spectrum of human experience.
