Before oceans and water sources even existed, Wisdom was already there, brought forth by God.
You're listening to Wisdom describe the creation order—she was present before the basic elements of creation itself. When you think about how water was the first thing formed in Genesis 1, Wisdom was already there before that moment. This is meant to overwhelm you a little with how foundational and primary she is.
