The father is showing that this isn't someone who got trapped once. She's built a life around this. She knows her territory, she knows her techniques, and she's practiced at finding inexperienced targets.

Proverbs shows temptation as organized, methodical, and relentless. It's not random; it hunts. This is why the father kept insisting his son hold tight to wisdom—because the alternative is actively prowling.
She constantly prowls public spaces—streets and marketplaces—deliberately stationing herself at prominent intersections, hunting for vulnerable young men.
The iteration ('Now in the street, now in the squares') combined with the verb 'lurks' (תארב, ta'rob—to lie in wait, to ambush) establishes predatory persistence. She is ubiquitous and intentional. The 'every corner' (בכל־פנה, beḵol-pneh) suggests she owns no particular space but inhabits all liminal zones of urban life. This is not accidental solicitation but systematic hunting.
