The phrase 'Wisdom is supreme' (רֵאשִׁית חָכְמָה, reshit chokmah, literally 'the beginning of wisdom') invokes Proverbs 1:7 where 'the fear of YHWH is the beginning (reshit) of wisdom.' This repetition signals that wisdom's supremacy is not autonomously human but grounded in right relation to the divine. The command 'acquire wisdom' (קְנֵה־חָכְמָה, qneh-chokmah) returns to the acquisition language of verse 5, now elevated to cosmic priority.
