So do not be afraid! You are worth far more to God than many sparrows. His care for you is beyond anything you can imagine.
This is Jesus' tender conclusion: if God watches over tiny birds, how much more will He watch over you? Your value to Him is immeasurable.
Jesus speaks reassuringly to His twelve disciples.
After painting a picture of God's attention to small creatures, Jesus drives the point home with warmth: you matter so much more, so let go of your fear.
