The people were absolutely blown away and declared, 'He does everything perfectly — even the deaf hear and the mute speak!' They had never seen anything like this.
Without even realizing it, these people were echoing ancient promises God had made about what the Messiah would do. Prophecy was being fulfilled right before their eyes.
The amazed crowd speaks as one, praising what Jesus has done.
The reaction was total astonishment. These people had just witnessed the impossible become real, and the only response that fit was awe-filled praise.
The crowd's declaration echoes Genesis 1:31 ('He has done all things well') and directly alludes to Isaiah 35:5-6, recognizing Jesus' works as the fulfillment of prophetic restoration.
