Jesus said, 'We speak about what we know and testify to what we've seen, but still you people won't accept what we're telling you.'
The problem wasn't a lack of evidence — it was a refusal to accept it. Sometimes the barrier to faith isn't information but willingness.

Jesus wasn't speaking from theory — He was speaking from firsthand knowledge. But the leaders kept saying no. Sometimes the truth is right in front of you, and the hardest part is simply accepting it.
Jesus shifts to the plural 'we' — speaking of what He and His witnesses know and have seen — and notes that 'you people' (plural hymeis) do not accept their testimony.
