The Good Shepherd

Jesus says, 'I am the gate. Whoever enters through Me will be saved. They'll come and go freely and find everything they need.'
This isn't just about getting in—it's about a whole life of safety, freedom, and provision on the other side.
Jesus describes the abundant life that awaits anyone who comes to God through Him.
Jesus is offering more than rescue. He's offering a life of security, freedom, and fullness. Through Him, you find not just safety but everything your soul needs.
Jesus reaffirms 'egō eimi hē thyra' (I am the gate) and promises threefold blessing to those who enter through Him: salvation (sōthēsetai), freedom of movement, and provision (nomēn heurēsei).
The triad of salvation, liberty, and sustenance echoes Old Testament promises of restoration (Ezekiel 34:12-15). 'Coming in and going out' is a Hebraism for the totality of life's activities.
Jesus elaborates on what entering through Him as the gate provides to believers.
