God kept His word to Sarah—something that had seemed impossible for decades finally happened. After waiting twenty-five years since God first promised her a son, Sarah is now pregnant.

Why it's here

Abraham and Sarah had been waiting so long that they'd given up hope. Sarah had even suggested Abraham have a child with her servant Hagar to fulfill the promise (which led to Ishmael's birth). Now, when both Abraham and Sarah are ancient, God does exactly what He said He would do—proving that His timing isn't our timing, and His faithfulness never expires.
